Trench

Two row of trench are used to discharge air. Each row of trench has the dimension of 13000×840mm (L×W). The trench is covered with the galvanized floor grille.

Front Door

1. Our 15m bus spray booth is mounted with 4 single doors.
2. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is formed by the coated steel plate.
3. The EPS board is used as the wall panel.

Service Door

1. There are 2 service doors with the dimension of 700×2000mm (W×H).
2. The door is equipped with the pressure lock.

Chamber

1. The chamber is provided with half-drop structure. The front of the ceiling comes with the air supply system, and the rear part is composed of the ceiling panel.
2. The insertion type flame-retardant polystyrene insulation board is utilized. The wallboard is 75mm thick and 1150mm wide. The color coated steel plate possesses the thickness of 0.426mm.
3. The ceiling panel is composed of the EPS insulation board of 50mm thick.

Cabinet

1. The air is supplied from the side, and exhausted from the back. The section bar is sprayed to form the framework.
2. The outer layer is formed by the coated plate. The inner layer is the galvanized steel plate. The middle layer gives the function of thermal insulation.

Air Supply System (1 set)

1. A set of double-inlet centrifugal fan is equipped for supplying air. This set contains two centrifugal fans.
2. The Model and Technical Parameters of the Fan:

Flow Rate: 20,000m3/h

Air Exhaust System (1 set)

1. A set of 7.5kW centrifugal type exhaust fan with large impeller is installed. This set includes two centrifugal fans. With the model of 4-82, this fan comes with the externally built motor. It is driven by a belt. Its air capacity reaches 20,000m3/h.
2. The exhaust cabin is constructed from the coated section bar and the coated steel plate.
3. The exhaust duct consists of the premium-quality galvanized steel plate and the professionally manufactured flange.
4. Moreover, our Arco 1500L 15m bus spray booth is designed with a manually adjustable damper.

Heating System (1 set)

1. A set of RS38 type Riello burner is equipped. Its maximum heating value reaches 380,000Kcal/h.
2. The heat exchanger is made from the superior-quality SUS304 stainless steel by adoption of argon arc welding technology.
3. The heat generator has gone through the surface coating process.
4. Imported from Switzerland with original packaging, the electric actuator can realize the automatic conversion of paint spraying and curing.
5. The highest temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius.

Filter System

1. The intake air is primarily filtered.
2. For getting a better filtrating effect, this Arco 1500L 15m bus spray booth takes advantage of the high-grade ceiling filter, the glass fiber filter, and the activated carbon being placed horizontally.

Lighting System

1. On the side of the ceiling, there are 72 pieces of 18W LED light tubes in 18 groups. Each group contains 4 pieces of tubes.
2. On the side of the waist stands totally 40 pieces of 18W LED lamps in 20 groups. Each group holds 2pcs lamps.
3. Each piece of the dedicated electronic ballast can be connected with two light tubes.
4. The intensity of illumination reaches 800Lux.

Electric Control System

1. A push-button panel serves to control this system. The main circuit features multi-protection.
2. This system involves the lighting switch, temperature and time settings, normal-temperature or constant-temperature paint spraying, paint-curing switch, emergency stop switch, failure alarm, timer, temperature limiter, and more.
