Cabin System
1. Roof Panel: The ceiling adopts the galvanized steel plate, which is hoisted with the help of steel rope.
2. Front and Both Sides: The flexible PVC curtain is utilized to slide on the predetermined aluminum alloy guide rail.
3. Rear Side of Wall: The EPS insulation board of 50mm thick is used.
4. Trench: Our 6200 prep station is designed with two rows of trench with its dimension of 4600 ×760. The trench is covered with grille.
5. There is no plenum chamber on the top.
Air Circulation System
1. The air is exhausted through the pit.
2. Centrifugal Fan: The YDW series double-inlet centrifugal fan introduces the Siemens technology. It adopts the compression molded galvanized plates, which features large air capacity, low noise, and high temperature resistance. Detailed information is listed as follows.

3. Exhaust Cabin: The cabinet is assembled by painted steel plates. Its framework is made of section bar. Prominent characteristics include reliable structure, beautiful appearance, and easy maintenance.
Air Purification System
Dual Filtering Structure
1. The primary filter is placed under the grille for seizing large dust particles with the size of over 15μm.
2. The second filter is a filter bag, which is designed inside the exhaust cabin for catching the residual dust with its size of more than 5μm.
Illumination System
1. Lighting sets are mounted on the side of the ceiling. Totally 24 pieces of 36W Philips lamps are configured to make the light soft, uniform and bright.
2. The ballast is dedicated. It gives stable performance and long service life.
Electronic Control System
1. This system is constructed from selected high-quality electronic components. All operational processes can be completed by setting up for only once.
2. The main circuit has multiple protective functions, including excess current, excess load, short circuit, phase failure, and more.
3. Other available functions include polisher switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, and the failure alarm, among others.
